An Open Letter from Vanessa

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I wanted to share with you a bit about myself as a therapist and my therapeutic approach. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, and tailoring my approach to each person’s unique challenges, strengths and goals. If you decide to move forward, my hope is that our work together will help you discover an improved sense of well-being, the ability to connect more deeply with those you love, and the capacity to live more fully in the present moment.

In therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems, as well as gain valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. Therapy can provide unique opportunities to explore and understand one's own story, and this can help us heal and grow during trying times.

applaud you for considering getting support right now. I believe reaching out for help is a powerful act of self-love and compassion; it’s a courageous first step on the journey toward healing.

Vanessa

Wishing you all the best,
